Services

We provide towing, vehicle recovery, crane lifting and vehicle shifting as described on our services page. We confirm the service, equipment and estimate with you before dispatch.

Pricing and payment

The price is quoted on the phone or WhatsApp and depends on vehicle type, distance, the work involved and the hour. If the situation on site differs from what you described, for example a heavier load or a harder recovery, we will tell you and agree the revised price before we proceed. Payment is due at drop-off or as agreed when we quote.

Bookings and cancellations

You can cancel before a vehicle is dispatched at no charge. If the vehicle has already left or arrived, a reasonable charge for the trip made may apply, which we will explain. Refunds, where due, are processed to the original mode of payment.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate details, share the true location, remove valuables from the vehicle and tell us about any damage, modifications or hazards. You confirm you are the owner or are authorised to move the vehicle.

Care of vehicles and liability

We take reasonable care in loading, towing and lifting. Our liability for damage caused by our negligence is limited to the repair cost of that damage, and not beyond the value of the vehicle. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, personal items left inside, or delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events outside our control.

Warranties

We do not give a warranty on how fast we will arrive. We will give an honest estimate. Our work is a service, so no warranty is attached to the condition of your vehicle apart from the care described above.

Website content and conduct

The text, images and logo on this website belong to Expert Mathura Towing and Crane Solution and may not be copied without permission. Please do not misuse the website, or abuse our staff on calls or on site. Links to third-party sites such as Google Maps or WhatsApp are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from its effective date.
